Op basis van gedragsinzichten ontwikkelden\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/healthyr.nl\/work\/move-more\">Healthy\u2019R<\/a>\u00a0(Centrum voor gedragsonderzoek en ontwikkeling) verschillende\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/selfcare4me-com.sitesupport.eu\/en\/gemeente-rotterdam-youve-been-nudged\/\">nudges<\/a>. Uit het eindrapport komt \u00e9\u00e9n sterke strategie naar voren; de stappenchallenges van\u00a0Selfcare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-37fdf72 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"37fdf72\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Stappenchallenge is effectief<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2fabc27 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2fabc27\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>De wetenschappelijke literatuur benadrukt de waarde van het bevorderen van dagelijks wandelen. Op de werkplek gebaseerde wandeluitdagingen zijn populair geworden om de dagelijkse fysieke activiteit te vergroten.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bmcpsychiatry.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12888-018-1609-y\">Nieuwe bevindingen<\/a>\u00a0wijzen nu op de positieve gezondheidseffecten van deze programma\u2019s op de middellange termijn. In termen van cardiovasculaire gezondheid, het verminderen van het risico op diabetes en het verbeteren van levensstijlfactoren, zoals gewicht en\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/selfcare4me-com.sitesupport.eu\/en\/selfcares-gezondheidsthema-bloeddruk\/\">bloeddruk<\/a>.<\/p><p>Tijdens het traject bij gemeente Rotterdam konden deelnemers hun eigen smartwatch of de gekregen stappenteller gebruiken voor de challenges. Hun dagelijkse scores en teamscores werden geregistreerd via het Selfcare-portaal. Via dit portal, of in de Selfcare app, ontvingen ze regelmatig updates over de uitdagingen. Tijdens deze challenge werd het parcours van de Bruggenloop in Rotterdam verkent, virtueel natuurlijk. Met het meer uitdagende doel van 10.000 stappen per dag haalde alle teams op tijd de finish bij de Kuip.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-e62049a elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"e62049a\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-72ddee6\" data-id=\"72ddee6\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a966b0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a966b0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Later volgende een buitenaardse challenge vanaf \u2018de lanceerbasis van gemeente Rotterdam\u2019 om een kijkje nemen op een andere planeet. In totaal liepen bijna 200 medewerkers van gemeente Rotterdam mee in de stappenchallenges, strijdend voor het goede doel. Hiermee hebben zij geld op gehaald voor de Hart- en Hersenstichting. Hieruit volgen de volgende aanbevelingen voor het management van gemeente Rotterdam:<\/p><\/div><ul><li>Zet digitale stappencompetities in om beweeggedrag te initi\u00ebren;<\/li><li>Competities kunnen goed ingezet worden bij campagnes of programma\u2019s gericht op het verminderen van zitgedrag;<\/li><li>Faciliteer medewerkers in het gebruik van e-health toepassingen gericht op monitoren en het stimuleren van eigen beweeggedrag.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Meer lezen over het onderzoek?
